One more question. Is my Fitbit calorie adjustment strictly exercise? If the adjustment was 250 is that my exercise calorie amount?

Alright, I think this makes sense to me. So, if my exercise calories average 250 a day according to my Charge HR and I eat my 1200 calories a day, but not eat back the exercise, then I'd lose 1lb a week. Right? Distinguishing between sedentary and lightly active doesn't have to do with the amount of exercise? I'm a stay at…

My starting weight was 165 so I've lost 27# and it's never changed from 1200. Why wouldn't I set it at lightly active?

Fried egg topped with organic sauerkraut. Yum.

This makes my head hurt. Haha! If I set it to dominant, it would make it less sensitive, right?

So I just walked a half of a mile. Counted 624 right steps which would be 1248 steps. Doubled that to make one mile. Divided. I got 2.11 for my stride. Basically the same amount. I have a practically brand new NordicTrack T6.5S

I have a Charge HR. I walked one tenth of a mile on the treadmill at a steady pace and counted just my right foot steps (121). Doubled that number (242). Divided 528 by 242 which is 2.18 ft. That's my stride right? So you're saying I should walk longer to count my steps to be more accurate. Ok. I'll try that. Thank you!

I am trying to figure my TDEE.

So if I've been synced with Fitbit AND logging my treadmill info on MFP, have I been doubling up?
