I'm terrified. I've lost 35 lbs with my Fitbit. It is my best friend. Haha! I am so accustomed to it and the info it tracks. Does the Apple Watch track the same info? Any advice or warnings?

If I'm supposed to eat back my exercise calories does that mean I eat back the Fitbit Calorie Adjustment total that shows up as "exercise" on MFP? Or just what Fitbit logs as my actual exercise when I start and stop the exercise mode?

If I use Scooby's calculator and I put in light exercise, do I eat back my exercise calories or are they already figured in?

Calorie allowance doesn't change
My daily calorie allowance doesn't change regardless of the deficit I choose. It's 1200. I am 5', 138#, 42 yo. I walk on the treadmill 6 days a week and am also confused about sedentary/lightly active settings and whether or not I should be eating back my exercise calories. Help!

Treadmill distance vs HRM distance
Which one is more accurate? Obviously, because the two are different on the distance, the calories burned are off as well. Which one should be logged? My treadmill says I walked a distance of 2.225 miles and burned 414 calories. My HRM says I walked a distance of 1.67 miles and burned 317 calories. I understand the…

Fitbit Calorie Adjustment
I can see the FCA box information on my desktop, but not on my phone app. The box pops up, but the Fitbit Calories Burned and the MFP Calories Burned are both zero. Is this a setting?

I walk on the treadmill 6 days a week. 35 minutes a day at a speed of 3.5 with an incline up to 10. I'm 5', 146#, 42yo. Is this considered light when choosing my activity level?

Adding exercise on MFP
I just recently switched from a Fitbit Charge to a Fitbit Charge HR. I was adding my treadmill time and calories burned to MFP manually and now I'm confused. Should I be doing that or does it automatically adjust with the Fitbit information?
