  • A ton , I don't even worry about tracking my salt as I seriously have always over salted my food , I also drink a litre of water daily with BCAAs in it and addition to my over salting my food has additional 430 mg of sodium in it
  • I've tried a lot of them , and feel the most healthy consuming meat , I did the vegetarian for about a year gained a ton of weight & felt terrible. I'm on a ketogentic diet & feel awesome tons of energy never bloated , but everyone's body is different. It's taken about 15 years to figure out what is best for mine

  • I am intermittent fasting right now ( not buy choice it just seemed to happen naturally ) my bullet proof coffee in the am seems to carry me thru for about 6 hours , my weak spot is hydration I rarely feel thirsty and its taxing to get 2ltrs of water in , I'm really not sure how much I need to actually drink

  • Thank you , I've been at zero to 20 grams of carbs for about 6 weeks now , so I think I might be there , and should probably stop taking my blood ketone readings as it has me chasing perfect numbers & is probably just stressing me out

  • Thanks , when you make the switch it's always confusing after being told for years from trainers ect, that I need 6 meals or skipping breakfast will make me fat, sorta got slightly worried that my progress would come undone , very glad to hear it's normal
