Hi I'm following the ketogentic diet , I'm on week 3 and suddenly I have zero hunger , my bullet proof coffee in the am can keep me going for 7-9 hours without eating , is this going to halt my progress into keto adaptation?

Oddly enough 4 months ago you couldn't pay me to eat the stuff , I've been strict keto for 3 months , suddenly I'm craving fruit when I cut apples up for my kids or the smell of rip bananas , can you throw half a banana in a protein shake without killing your diet ?

Hi I am 6 weeks into very low carb diet , I have been bouncing inbetween nurtional ketosis & very deep ketosis ( based on blood keto numbers) I am pushing very hard to get into keto adaption has anyone's else tried the zero carbs to get there ?
