I meal prep everyday! But living in Japan, I indulge once a week. Here's this weeks dinner!

Always looking for new friends! Have lost 56kg and now I'm trying to build muscle! So if anyone is on the same journey hmu!

I've never gone over my macros so whats your point? I'm not doing a no carb diet. If it fits my macros, I have a healthy BMI and I've lost weight (Almost 60kg) then it works. The meatballs were tofu, beef and zucchini.

I live in Japan so white rice is more accessible than brown. It's also a mix of rice and Japanese barley.

Do most police officers in America abuse their powers like that? I swear whenever I hear about American police officers, it's never good. That said, I'd be so curious to call the number and call him out on what he did. It's not like he can take it to the police. I'd do it just to scare him a little. Karma is a *kitten*.
