I walk long distances daily, listening to podcasts. Not the hardest or fastest work out ever but it reduces the excuses. It also builds endurance. I can do 10km with no dramas now. I sometimes incorporate short sprints with a lower distance walk to keep my heart rate up.

I lost weight by walking and lifting small weights. You may find that it's muscle growth that is keeping the scales at that weight. I was in a plateau for a month. Reassess your diet, maybe drop 100 calories, but increase protien (like tuna) and then increase your exercise level a bit more.

It's a slow process. It's taken me 2 months to lose 14 pounds. What I did was learn how many calories in the food I was eating. I would lov each meal to make sure I was under the total by 300 calories. Second I walked at least 3 miles every second day. I switched from beef to tuna and started eating steamed broccoli and…
