Hi, London here :) I started diet while ago and cardio about a week ago. Doing well for now, but not that good in nutrition ... I'm very motivated tho, can't get myself of my treadmill :) goal: at least 2 stones down before summer !

Yup. I've been on low calorie diet for a week and exercising a lot, don't get me wrong I know it is not possible to see any sort of result after such a short time, but I keep looking in the mirror and hoping to see less of me...
