Does anyone feels frustrated becuz of slow result ?

  • Yup. I've been on low calorie diet for a week and exercising a lot, don't get me wrong I know it is not possible to see any sort of result after such a short time, but I keep looking in the mirror and hoping to see less of me...

    never give up...keep it up may be a slow process but you will achieve your goals by never stopping. Good luck and good health

    I try to remind myself this is for a lifetime. I can go a few weeks without a loss and then...whoosh- I'll get one.

    I do the same :( and I just wanna go abt my day with out doing .

    Me! I've been on this since December and so far lost 6lb. I watch what I eat bit I know exercise will help. I'm trying to get move movement but it's difficult at the moment and I feel like its really holding me back.

    I'm not giving up though.
