I got a really crappy one for $4.95 at WM. Flimsy, but works okay, for under 2 lbs. If I can commit to this, I'll get a better one.

I hear you. I was told by my doc in no uncertain terms to lose weight. High cholesterol, monitor fat. High blood pressure, monitor salt. High blood sugar, monitor sugar. What's left?
