I'm 5'6 and yes most websites say to eat 1300 a day and it just seems so low. I get so weak and get bad migraines. I will prob just have to up my calories and see if that helps!

the my fitness pal app suggested that i should eat 1300 calories to lose weight, but when i only eat that i feel so weak and get horrible headaches. any suggestions?
