I'm 5'6 119 pounds. I've always just done about 20-30 min of cardio but the past few months I've uped it a lil more to 45-60 min. I usually ate around 1200-1400 calories but because I'm working out more im eating about 1500-1800 a day and I am definitely losing weight faster. I don't think I was eating enough calories…

I got great results from insanity. Lost the last 6-7 pounds that I couldn't get rid of. I get a really good sweat from it and after a while it seems that it gets a little bit easier. I also recommend insanity max 30 too. Just as intense but only 30 min.

sometimes i make little cucumber sandwiches. some low sodium roast beef from the deli and a little bit of cheese between 2 cucumber slices. they taste good! you can use any meat or cheese

i really like combat crunch bars. you can buy them at gnc. the birthday cake, cookies and cream, and cookie dough ones are the best. 20grams of protein and they fill me up.

t25, insanity, and insanity max 30. insanity max 30 is my favorite. i lost the last 8 pounds that i couldn't lose before and i gained muscle. great workout i would recommend it any day

Ok thanks. I ordered a caliper the other day and it should be here tomorrow so I will start using that. When I got measured I had a bmi of 20 and my muscle was 30.5 if that helps. Any tips on how to actually lose body fat without getting to 110 pounds?

im 118 right now and it came out to about 25%. i stood on a scale and held on to a handle bar like thing and squeezed if that makes sense.
