Squats, lunges, jumping I am currently 286 lbs some of that is quite dangerous for an obese woman that is doing this completely alone. I don't know what a deadlift is, but if it's lifting my own weight that's out.

I love reading these! I am a new and have logged in for 21 days. Which may not seem like much, but I usually give up by now. I have lost just over 3lbs. And I can't wait until I start noticing changes. You all are so inspiring! :) How many pounds had you all lost when you started noticing your changes??
