So I’m not in NC or SC but I am a psychotherapist (trauma and addictions specialist) and also looking to add fit friends. Just getting back to MFP and trying to hold myself accountable but I’m thinking we can understand how limiting that can be.

I’m also looking for an accountability buddy/buddies. Did so well for so long and now the weight is creeping back up and my fitness/exercise is almost non-existent.

I'm up for working together. I'm trying to drop some weight but it sounds like your journey is going to be a bit longer and may require some additional support for the long haul. I'm only in the first few days of non-smoking. Last time I quit I put on 35lbs in 12 months. That just felt terrible. Now I'm back at square one and ready to stay quit again but need to ensure I don't pack on massive weight and suffer other health issues. Perhaps we can help each other?
