My son is 2. I lost all the baby weight when before he was 5 months old but when he learned to walk at 10 months everything changed! I'm 5'5", 165lbs..does 1330 calories really seem that restrictive? I thought 2lbs per week was average weight loss on a diet. I'm just trying to figure out how to eat reasonably, get healthier, and not over eat (which I do a lot of) and hopefully lose weight through calorie counting.
