Fighting To Lose Baby Weight!

Just had my first little 3 (almost 4 now!) months ago and now that we have a routine down I am fighting to get the baby weight off.

I was 228 before I got pregnant, 245 now, and my goal weight is a healthy 180. I'd love to make some new friends, be them mama's or not mama's to help motivate each other! Feel free to add me and/or share your experience. (With baby weight, weight loss in general, or just your story.)

Happy sharing and whether you want new friends or not, good luck with your journey!! :)

I'm also trying to lose baby weight! 11 months after the fact  I started at 150 which was still 15 pounds more than I usually weigh (college+beer helped with that). Got up to about 195-200. I thought the weight would fall off a lot easier! I just started seriously dieting and working out a couple weeks ago. Now I'm at 170 and would like to get down to 135.

I was 186 when I got pregnant and made it up to almost 255! I'm down to 198 now and shooting for a goal weight of 180. (she's 15 months so I've had a bit more of a start. BUT, more importantly than numbers I want to feel fit, strong and healthy. So, if that means 185, then that's fine, too!

My son is 2. I lost all the baby weight when before he was 5 months old but when he learned to walk at 10 months everything changed! All of a sudden my workouts disappeared when his naps did and by the time he started napping again I was too exhausted to workout. I ate whatever quick foods I could find and you can guess what a year of doing that did to me...lol now I am trying to lose the walking phase weight. I wish you the best of luck mama!

My son is 14 months... I'm in the same phase as Sapphire but I failed to ever lose the last few baby pounds. I was 180 before baby, gained 35 but then only lost about 20 of it. I got stuck and frustrated and stopped caring. Now little man is active and sleeping less and I'm finding I should have found the time to schedule in workouts before we got to this point
