  • Jeeeeeez girl you're gorgeous. You've done an incredible job!
  • ...please don't look at my profile picture too closely :p :p I'm not a big fan of the horseshoe for me as I have studs in both nostrils but it needs to be flipped for work and changing it every day would be annoying. But definitely, a wonky septum equals a wonky face!

  • No way near as many as I used to have but still wearing 12 piercings and looking forward to adding to my big wildcat thigh piece and in a few weeks. I think the posters saying if it makes people feel confident then that's sexy and I definitely agree with that. My septum piercing, despite generally having a less than…

  • A piece of seedy bread toasted with either peanut butter and a sliced super ripe banana or smashed avocados and a runny egg. Yum yum yum.
  • I initially joined MFP when I was about 20 at 265 so we had pretty much the same start. Happy to be a pal, hopefully I can help you not make the same mistakes I did that made me put 30 of my lost 75 back on! Glad you're feeling better and good luck :)
  • Unbelieveable! What an incredible achievement! :o
  • Feel free to add me :) www.fitbit.com/user/3KDS2M
  • I have a Charge and that ticks all those boxes for me. Only thing it doesn't really have is HRM (not too bothered about) but I'd love for it to be waterproof so I could swim with it but apart from that I've had my Charge for about 11 months and for me it really 'works'. Keeps me honest, makes me challenge myself and links…
  • I was just asked 'hello madam, how tall are you?' to which I responded 'about 5'6", why?' to get 'yes madam, I am 5'4"'. Cool...? :/
  • You've made an incredible transformation in just a year and I've no doubt you'll hit your future goals. Looking good buddy, keep up the great work :)
  • I'm always looking for new pals, anyone can add me :)
  • Looking amazing! You've got to be so proud of yourself
  • Sorry you had to go through surgery but great that you are focussed on your next challenge. One day at a time is great, I hope you get the results you're after
  • Get a bunch of good friends on here, eat enough for your body to still work properly, make sure you weigh everything and log it even if it doesn't look great. Hope you get what you need from using MFP, feel free to add me if you want :)

  • This. Curry and chilli are my go to as I just shove in whatever veg I have in the fridge so nothing goes off and because they are so rich and tasty with all the spices and they freeze so well it's great to just make big batches. If you've got calories to spare, defrost a chilli and have rice, sour cream and avocados, if…
  • I've suffered with this for years (generally after exercise but can be if I've stood up for too long or if I wear heels) and I used to take magnesium and felt better. I recently bought Epsom salts and magnesium oil spray but haven't really tested them out yet - if you feel a bit out of ideas they weren't expensive and a…
  • Amazing loss, I'm glad you're feeling proud of yourself. I lost about 5 and a half stone with MFP about 5 years ago but sadly gained half back - working hard again to try and get back to where I was but in a much healthier way than last time. Definitely up for a new pal thats as dedicated as you are!
  • Can I ask, if you're back from doing a low carb diet you didn't stick with what makes you think you'll stick with it this time? Not trying to pick, just curious :) I think everything in moderation is your best bet, if you enjoy carbs then trying to cut them drastically is only going to make you sad! I'm 25 with about 50lbs…
  • I may have to report that for offence to my eyeballs *cringe*
  • Try to not dwell on things you 'shouldn't' be eating. Granted there are some things that aren't ideal for weight loss but a lot of people tend to think "Sod it, I've had X bad thing so now the day is ruined", myself definitely included. If you want a burger/muffin/pint/chocolate then try not to deprive yourself because…

  • I'll be your pal :)
  • I did the same with Slimming World. I put in a 'good' day, lots of free stuff and about 6-8 syns and it came out on here as 1100 calories - for a 220lb three gym a week girl like me that just wasn't going to fly!
  • Amazing! Really pleased for you :)

  • Hi Rob, Sorry you feel like you're not having a great time at the moment. I lost about 75lbs using this before but put about half back on and feel a bit stuck in a rut so I'm happy to be a buddy :) Caroline.
  • It really worked for me at a time but then I decided to start logging again with MFP and put in a "good day" for SW and it came out at about 1100 calories which just isn't sustainable over time, especially with going to the gym three times a week. I know every day is different but that's just not enough! Hope MFP brings…
  • I'll add you . Got about 50lbs to lose myself so I'm with you!
  • I'm about 40 down from before with 50 to go so I'm feeling you! If you want to add me we can do this together
