  • You have to be totally committed. Get a thin photo and put it up somewhere. Keep carbs below 50. Eat more fat and protein. Eat 3 meals a day. Never miss a meal. Log EVERYTHING you eat. Drink plenty of water. Protein keeps you so satisfied that you won't crave sugar. So keep up your protein intake. Good luck. Keep us all…
  • Hi Grafixfrh. Congrats on your loss. The best part being a lowering of your blood pressure. I have also have started LCHF and am doing really well. I usually have a sed lifestyle but I get out and garden, mow lawns and generally try to stay on my feet. I dont work out as such as no gyms in our town, but I keep moving. I…
  • I find if I keep my protein intake relatively high I don't crave sugar at all. I've gone all my life without adding sugar to hot drinks as I just don't like it, but I still like something sweet now and then. In those situations I eat some dried fruit.

It takes some practice. As soon as I feel it I stop eating and put my plate down for the dog. I know that's discusting but I can't…
  • I've been yo yo dieting all my life. But now found a diet that really works, is easy, and theres absolutely no hunger. Low carb high fat eating. I'm full after every meal.
  • I'm expecting ( and hoping) for .5kg loss each week. Enjoying my meat and fish, butter in my cooking and cream in my coffee. Had a blood test to determine my hdl, ldl, and triglyceride levels. Will wait another few weeks then have it done again.
