Hi I'm Pam. I've discovered Tofu. Haven't eaten much of this in the past but have just realised what a little gem this stuff is. Super low in carbs and calories, high in protein. Just need to learn how to cook it as it's a bit bland just on it's own.

low carb bread
Does anyone know where I can buy low carb bread? I've bought Helgas but it's still 12 carbs per slice. Surely there's one somewhere. I'm in Australia.

I am on LCHF diet. I stick as much as possible to 1200 calories and about 80 carbs daily. I keep 1000 calories in a calorie bank. If I go out for tea I will borrow a few hundred calories from it, but I must pay it back in the next few days. Or I might have a few lean days where I add these left over calories into my…

egg and salmon quiches
Beat 3 eggs with some double cream. Add some canned salmon chopped onion salt and pepper. Spoon into muffin pans then place a chunk of avocado on top of each one. Bake for about 20 mins till golden. Makes about 10 quiches. Serve with black pepper mayo. Enjoy

low carb high fat eating
Been on a low carb high fat eating plan. I'm not calling it a diet because I'm never hungry. So far so good. 5 kg in 3 weeks. Any thoughts?
