I use "easy fiber" to go packets Cvs brand cherry pomegranate flavor.. I can't drink my water without it.. I just buy a case of water and pour a packet in each bottle.. it's SO GOOD! It makes your water taste like Juice. . I love it.. plus.. your getting that extra fiber that your body needs..

My calorie intake is around 1200 to 1300 a day based off my weight.. I notice my clothes fitting better, I try to stay away from the scale because it will drive me CRAZY . Most of the time I have calories left over at night, so I guess it's What Your Eating.. I have my 3 meals and 2 snacks.. ALL WATER no juice soda or milk.
