I made this mini goal this morning!! Next one is to lose another two pounds which will make my weight loss over 20 pounds 🥳😁

I went to a thrift store today and bought two pairs of shorts without being able to try them on -lo and behold, they were tight. The NSV part is that while I’m a little bummed, I know that a piece of fabric doesn’t take away from my efforts of becoming healthier and doesn’t affect my self-worth!

I ran my first 5k since 2018 today! I could barely run more than a minute at a time in February so I’m thrilled with my progress 😁

I’d really like to get under 120. It’s only ~5 lbs away, but I’ve been in and around the same weight throughout quarantine and really want to push and start really losing again!

My mini goal is to get down to 125 lbs, it’s 3 pounds away.

Had a stressful couple weeks but managed to keep my gain to 0.5 lb and have started back logging and exercising today!

Went through all my clothes as a quarantine activity and found a pair of jeans that will zip but not button, so my mini goal is to fit into those jeans!

I got my right leg splits back today! I’m surprised that my body regained flexibility back in a few weeks after not having stretched for a couple years.

I’d like to lose 3.6 pounds as a mini goal to get back to my original start weight of 130 (I’m only 4’9!)

I’ve gotten all my workouts in despite having classes this week and I wanted to eat all the things last night but stopped myself after two rice cakes!

Hello all! After having success with MFP in 2016 I experience some issues with mental health and gained back the 30 pounds I lost plus more. This week I am back and have some NSVs to share. 1. I completed week one of C25K 2. I pushed up into a back bend!
