I would like to lose another five pounds in about three weeks. Then another ten pounds by June 3. I have camping trips those weekends and would like to look better and be able to keep up on the hikes.

Awesome! Plus, I can relate to wanting to see what being under 200lbs feels like! I am 20 pounds away. Laying on the couch with my kids is a great feeling!

The one in pink with my son is from April of 2015. The one in beige is from last Sunday March 6th. I am 5'11" and I have at least another 60 pounds to go. I am a work in progress.

My starting weight was 320, I am now 220. It's been a long long process. Most recently, since Dec./Jan. I have lost 30 pounds. Around 15 my parents noticed. Now my clients are noticing. A friend I don't see every day noticed but my friends I see more frequently haven't commented.

I have a hard time with readjusting my car driver seats, mirrors and seatbelts in my SUV. I used to sit further away and now I had to move the seat forward, which makes me have to move the mirrors and then my seatbelt has to be adjusted.

I do an hour of cardio (actually 65 minutes). I was doing 30 on treadmill and the 35 on elliptical with the cool down. Recently I do 30 on the elliptical and 30 on the arc trainer. I also walk almost everyday on top of that for about a mile of so.

I do those every workout... I vary the machine I use, but shoulders, chest everyday (I always loose weight from my chest first and I am trying to avoid that), back every day, abs everyday then I do legs Tuesday's, Wednesday arms biceps, etc.

For me it does... I have a fitness tracker and my health insurance plan gives me $1.00 towards an Amazon gift card every day I meet my daily goals. If I am falling short of steps from the gym or because I was stationary that day because of work, I take my dog for a long walk and I get my steps done that way. It gives…

If you don't like gyms, you can do some stomach exercises at home like squats and crunches. I was told to stay away from jogging for a while until I lost more weight so I walk on a treadmill on a random setting so it mixes inclines for me. I also do elliptical and then some weight machines. Using low weights with high reps…

I took ski lessons when I was 39. The instructor looked at me and said the best time to learn is when you are 3. I replied yeah I came to this party late and here I am. You can do learn to do anything if you are determined and don't give up!!
