i am a daily hot power vinyasa flow yogi! have been for years. it helps all aspects of body, mind, and soul!

really, seems like i am in a dating chat room. i guess this is entertainment for some. not hating, just find it weird on a weight loss forum. jmo

for me, i was working out, staying below calories for mistakes or things not tracked. i put on 20 over about 8 months. i was eating a lot, a lot, of carbs, i know it is just calories, but something went wrong. i am starting over. in 2 days i have lost 4 pounds, very low carbs and average protein and fat. it is working. i…

running is supposed to be heel then toe, last time i checked!
-
don't run. my body does not like it either. yoga, indoor cycling, gym workouts, or just walk!
-
i did not make it past my info. it just went blank.

you are not responsible for another persons happiness. you cannot change anyone but yourself. have a good time and if she choose to be miserable it is her choice. if you are enjoying yourself then continue. remember nothing lasts forever, even though it may feel like it when you get back you can do whatever you need to do…

glad you are hear. that alone is a great start! be gentle with yourself, and take it slowly. friends help keep you accountable and any exercise will make you feel better. best wishes and hoping pounds melt away!
-
what an amazingly strong woman you are. way to stick with it. you look great!

yoga is my go to every day! have been a yogi for years, hot power vinyasa yoga...all you will ever need to tone and define! the best part is it quiets my mind...for one hour the outside world does not exist!

YOGA!

it is all about calories in and calories out. if you meet your calorie goal, it does not matter how you get there. juicing is a healthy choice, but you will not lose anymore than eating or drinking something with the same amount of calories. it is a healthy option....... all about choices that fit your goal!

i think some research is in order!
-
agree on the stupidity.
-
seriously??? I thought this was a place to discuss eating issues, not sexual. i think their are plenty of sites for adult entertainment. jmo

nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so... just stay within your calories and you should be good. then their are those of us who choose to eat clean and vegan, it is not a diet, just a way of life for me. i believe what goes into my body makes a difference, not based on a diet, but my choice of how i want…

LOG LOG LOG......TELL THE TRUTH TO YOURSELF!

LOVE THOSE WRAPS, BREAKFAST OR LUNCH!

usually what annoys you in others, maybe take a look at yourself? again jmo
-
maybe you should exercise at home....geez!
-
why start a thread to complain? really there has to be something more positive to talk about. jmo
-
both, kinda depends on where you are now. do you currently workout? is this something new for you? if you are moderately to severely over weight you will start out different. maybe if you shared a little bit about yourself, you could get more help?

supplements and sunshine!

agreed

this is your opinion....not a fact. protein is a part of life... not the devil. theses opinions do nothing to help the person asking the question.
-
absolutely agree, my meals have become routine as i figure out what works and what does not. to me shakes are not boring. i love routine, but mix it up occasionally!
-
it is a choice for an individual to make, not the forum.
-
why would you be in a danger state of 20 grams of protein less or more as a meal. if i eat a meal i will consume usually more or less the same amount. calories, nutrients and protein.
-
numerous things can be added to get the calories and the nutrients without going on carb overload. all in moderation. kefir, coconut water, fruit..berries for lower carbs. i use frozen fruit and tastes like a treat to me. most shakes have about 20 grams of protein, so if you are physically active you will not be over doing…
