I just want to focus on food intake. i don't want exercise calories figured in. i do not want to eat them back. help please?

Intermittant fasting
If the last meal of my day is at 5pm. and i do not eat again till 7-8am, would that be considered fasting. how many hours does it require to be fasting?

I AM JUST WONDERING HOW ACCURATE THIS IS WHEN IT COMES TO CALORIES BURNED IN EXERCISE? I DO HOT YOGA....I BELIEVE FROM RESEARCH THE NUMBER IS LOW.
