what proportion of macros for weight loss, but avid hot daily yogi

during my initial supervised loss it was 60 protein 20 carbs and 20 at a very low calorie level. lost the bulk of what i wanted to lose. now want to go 10lb. less, but 1100-1200 calories? i do not want hf/lc.....can someone give me some help please. trying to gradually eat more. this is where i am today. static......for 12 days. thanks j
