RECOMMENED MACROS FOR CALORIC INTAKE?

I AM A FEMALE HOT VINYASA YOGI WITH A DAILY PRACTICE. I AM ON 1100-1200 CALORIES. NOT SURE WHAT THE PERCENTAGE OF FAT, CARBS, AND PROTEIN SHOULD BE TO LOSE AN ADDITIONAL 10 LBS. HELP PLEASE?

TAKE THINGS IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE. FIRST YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING A PROPER AMOUNT OF CALORIES, AND COUNTING ACCURATELY. 1100-1200 IS TOO LITTLE FOR A GROWN WOMAN. YOU CAN BE WAY OFF IF YOU DON'T WEIGH EVERYTHING. IF YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU EAT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CALORIES, AND YOU ARE HUNGRY OR LETHARGIC, YOU CAN LOOK INTO MACRO SPLIT.1

1100-1200 calories are too few for an active female unless you are really, really short. How tall are you?
With only 10 pounds to lose, set your weekly weight loss goal for 0.5 pounds per week - anything else is too aggressive.
Here are the MFP default macros: 50% from carbohydrates, 20% from protein and 30% from fat. I reduced my carbs and upped my protein and found this combo fills me up better, thus making it easier for me to stick to a calorie deficit.
