i would have to say it is probably an individual issue on opinions. i personally think it is crazy to lose it so fast and so much, then most if not all gain it back, because they are not exercising 8 hours a day and have food prepared for them. they are not taught the skills to make it life long. jmo

agreed. personal preference is the judge. i , for health reasons have to keep my fat to 5 grams a day or less.

have you tried using cocnut water or my new fav almond milk as mixer? i add 3 oz. of fruit say pineapple or raspberry and 1/2 banana for a smooth texture. it will up you carbs a little, leave out banana and use berries, i use these in my protein shakes then i freeze till time to eat. i look forward to it! oh and i also add…

i do not keep in the house things that are temptations. things i have tried to moderate but end up with the whole or half bag..ie. purely elizabeth granola. my all time fav, but i cannot control how much i will eat. so away it goes!
