http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/lentil-sweet-potato-curry This is my go to. It tastes SO good. serve with a naan. Also, it says serves 2 - that is a lie, serves about 4.

I used to run ALL the time, got up to 10 miles comfortably, but I lost my mojo so restarted c25k this week, have completed 2 runs and am back to loving running. I'll send you a friend request.

Another vote for fitness blender. I have to stick to low impact, because living on a boat and jumping around don't go hand in hand, but there are still plenty of workouts I can do for days when I can't make it to the gym.

W1R2 completed yesterday. Although, due to previous commitments I won't be able to run again until Monday but looking forward to it.

Perfect! I managed to do 2 miles during run 1, so I'm pretty happy with that, I have been facing a mental block when it comes to getting past the 3 mile bit, so hopefully starting over will help me increase my distances again.

Just had my HR arrive today - looking for friends :) //www.fitbit.com/user/2Y3DJB

I just ordered one, which should arrive tomorrow, I'm not training for a specific goal, my intention is to use it to give me a better idea of where I am at each day.

I do! or I say I do, I've done my first mission, going to ramp it up and get back to 3 x a week runs this weekend.

Nope, no friends who are members of my gym (no one wants to work out with me for some reason!) I'm gonna just have to man up and go.

I'd love to join - I used to be an avid runner and stopped, so am trying to get back into it. My target for the month is 30 miles for this month. I have done 2 so far and will get my next run in tonight. Finding it difficult to stay consistent at the moment with exercise and eating in general.

audio books for long runs, or music.

Stay focused, I graduated from c25k to running 10miles! I have a love/hate relationship with running, so after a couple months off I'm building up to 10k again. There is nothing like the achievement you feel when you finish a run!

Also looking to drop about 20lbs (maybe more, but lets start small!) feel free to add me as a friend.

half a soup of cookies and cream powder in my morning coffee. I tried shakes but with coffee it's better!

Just started logging mine this week, still finding my feet!

Hi! Last year I was really into running and managed to run 10miles, but we moved and I lost motivation (and gained about 20lbs) so starting over again. I have learnt I can do it, I just need to be more positive.

I'm also in the SE!
