Still a struggle sometimes emotionally because even though I have lost 80lbs I am still overweight and don't look anywhere near I would like to , but still going everyday until I get there.

You clearly just said "sometimes only eating a tin of rice cream " that's called starving yourself it's not the same.exactly why you can't compare starvation with a big deficit

There is a huge difference between "starving" and not eating enough calories. 300 calories vs 1000-1200 is a huge difference. You can't compare them. 300 is piece of bread. 1000 can be a good amount of food if it is clean food.

Holocaust survivors? Anorexics? Your talking about people that maybe ate 300 calories a day if that. Of course they are gonna continue to lose weight until they're bones. That's not even a good comparison.

Get some probiotics for colon care "garden of life" is the best brand and they must stay in the fridge. They are about 30$ work extremely well. I've been taking them for 6 months+ now.

The first 40lbs I lost I didn't step foot into a gym it was all clean eating. Took 3 months to lose the 40 now down 80 after going to the gym and eating clean.

Eventually if you lower you calories too much you will hit a plateau. Your body will feel it is not getting enough calories and hang on to the fat that is stored on your body. Thank you!, I was really strict with myself the first 3 months tracked every single thing I ate no cheat meals nothing but clean food. That gave me a good 40lb head start the rest has just been staying under my calorie goal and and gym 6 days a week
