👍🏼 I love water so it may be easy for me, but I drink room temp with lemon (24 oz) when I first get up so it helps me continue throughout the day.

You’ve been dealing with a lot! I know when in xtra busy I can get overwhelmed and not be mindful. Doing just one thing consistently helps me. Keep going 😀

I was thinking that by nature how much I can get stuck in my feelings! Don’t get me wrong feelings are 100 % important! But this picture reminded me that I really want to keep going... break out of my comfort zone when I’m afraid or just don’t wanna to be the best that God made me to be. #imperfectlyperfect

This weekend is challenging. Mothers day is hard - lost my mum 2 years ago and I’ve eaten my feelings few times lastnight and today😩 Not walking for two days really doesn’t motivate me to eat well either, so back at that in the morning.

Yes! It takes time- I’m going back to eating the protein n veges fruit n yoghurt brown rice n quinoa etc . That’s where my body does best.

Thankyou for the encouragement! I’m feeling better today . I cannot imagine dealing with selling a house on top of everything else! That’s a lot to handle- kudos to you for not eating your way through it (like I would’ve wanted to do!). Stay cool today- it’ll be 100 or so here too 👎🏼.

Didn’t walk yesterday- def makes a difference in how I eat I’ve noticed. Had to bake for church encouragement and of course I ate at least 5 cookies🤢 Anyway- now today I have sugar headache , but went for 3 mile walk this morning n feeling good! Happy Sunday!
