I rediscovered lifting a year and a half ago...I'm 55...It's a L.O.N.G. story but now I tell people to do their "research, research, research!" I spent far too long at 1000-1200 calories/hours of cardio and now my metabolism is shot. I've been lifting to fix it. Haven't lost much weight at all...but I sure am strong! ;)
