I've been craving pizza and oreos for a week now!!÷ I was doing a cheat day every week but I thought it was slowing down my loss... maybe it wasnt? Cuz Lordy mercy I want some pizza and oreos!!! ;)

I've got about 15-20 lbs left to lose. Just so crazy I used to never get hungry but now I'm so hungry in between meals. I'm having to do more workouts at the end of the day to burn off the cals I ate for snacks. Healthy snacks tho. Should I up my daily cal? It's been working do well til recently... :(

I've also noticed my weight loss has slowed down too. 1200 cals cuz I typed in I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week and thats what it told me to eat.

I'm not quite sure it's 500-750 cals for breastfeeding daily. I think you have your #s wrong. There is supposedly an exact method to finding out how many ypu use, and average is about 400oz daily. Yea, I didn't intend to lose 3.5 lbs a week. Lol When I first got this app I put in all my info and set my goal to lose 2 lbs a week. I guess breastfeeding just bumped it to 3-3.5 lbs a week

I'm not hungry. I always eat when I am I just make healthy snack choices. I'm sure my diet could be way better but I'm making smart choices and staying under my 1200 cal limit. I log every bite of everything. I weigh and log everything. I need to up my water for sure, bit other than that, i dont see amyway im sabatoging myself. Just so frustrating! How long on average does it take for weight loss to start again :(
