I don't think you can do all of that in an hour.

My favorite is a bowl of strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and reddi whip. Less than 150 calories and delicious!

Take a before and after pic each week, measure your inches and only weigh yourself twice a month.

Hey! I got one of these on my last trip to Mexico! I named him Enrique.

1 Tb. Adams natural peanut butter on a salt free brown rice cake. 1 Tb. Adams and sugar free raspberry jam on a high fiber/low carb while wrest wrap. 1Tb. Adams with crunchy celery Those are my go to's. All natural peanut butter is a great source of protein and good fats. Embrace that nutty goodness.

You can't spot reduce, but you can absolutely target tone. With consistent ab strengthening exercises, you will inevitably tighten, tone, and lose inches in the waist area.

This new trend of intermittent fasting is not sustainable long term. I know zero people that are willing to keep that routine up longer than a few weeks. Don't make your weightloss a diet, male it a lifestyle. Eat healthy, well balanced meals, 5-6 throughout the day. You'll stay full and your body will let go of the weight.

That's really inspiring! Thanks for the bit of motivation!

OH MAN. I cut out wine the first of February. The first couple of weeks it was really hard! I definitely appreciated my glass or two of wine with dinner. But, I notice I have a lot more motivation to work out now that I've cut out alcohol for the next few months.

Are you active? Sedentary? Your exercise level plays a major part in this. I intake between 1300-1500 calories a day, but on days I workout harder, I'll replace the calories burned with vegetables, good fats, or a protein shake. Another commenter made the same point. You intake 1400, but I'd you burn 800, you need to…

I loved reading all your posts! ♡♡♡ yay for love and weddings! Here are some things that help me: 1. MEAL PREP!!!! I hate doing it, but it's a must. 2. Setting small goals to male the journey seem more obtainable. 3. Learn that the scale is your friend, but it's kind of a two faced *kitten*. Understand your weight…

Thank you! All are welcome if they have advice or tips for a busy life!

I quit Facebook for this reason and now it's on myfitnesspal? Good God. I feel your pain.
-
I think I've added all you ladies!

I'd recommend a youtube channel called bikinifitnessmodel. I do their butt and ab workouts and they're AWESOME! They're anywhere from 6-15 minutes, so you can fit them into a busy schedule like mine. I have bad knees from weighing 250 lbs for most of my teenage life, and I also have a fractured foot that never wanted to…

No, for an accurate, not at home testing, they have to do blood testing. But they have to put you through levels of stress inoculation during blood tests to see if the levels of cortisol are higher than a normal range.

Stress weight is like my middle name. It's hard to have a high paced, high stress job, a family, schooling, and find time to work out. Oh yeah, and planning a wedding! *FACE PALM!*
-
He said that testing for cortisol levels is a pain, so before we officially go that route, he wanted me to try reducing stress or working on stress management. But with high stress jobs, that's kind of hard to do. I've wondered if cortisol control supplements actually work.

You can do this! Just be strong and keep your goals in sight!
-
I saw that it could help to give up coffee, but for the love!!! I've already given up wine, what more does the universe want of me!
-
You go girl! Keep up the kickassery!
-
True! But I definitely wouldn't take the fasting route. I'd pop a couple gas x and take a hot bath. Have a bowl of sliced strawberries with a tablespoon chocolate syrup and some reddi whip. A large bowl is under 250 calories!
-
Ya'll add me! I think a support system is key. It's great to haver people to share accomplishments with, but it's equally important to have a safe environment to share concerns in.
-
Thanks everyone for your input! I really appreciate it!

Good luck!!! Where are you getting married? We're heading to the Bahamas and I want to feel good in a swimsuit. It would be a first! My piece of advice for you, which I have to really focus on, is making sure you're drinking half your weight in water. It's so important. I would love to lose about 10-12 lbs by June, but…

I'm not sure what this means? 16-8 fasting? I'm not up to date on terminology apparently.
-
I just worry that the back and forth is messing me up. I hate that I'm on three 12 hour shifts and then back to normal people schedule for a few days. Grrrr.
-
I could try something like that and then just have a couple of protein shakes during the shift with some fruit and veggies. As I'm sure you know, sometimes eating is the only thing to keep you awake when that dreaded 3 am rolls around!
