Anybody slimming for their wedding?!!
I'd love to find others that are getting to skin down and tone up. Having a goal in sight always helps me keep perspective. I used to with 250 lbs and have maintained around 155 lbs for ther last 5 years. I really want to lose my last 25-30 lbs and I'm getting married ON THE BEACH in September! Time to kick it into gear!

Cortisol Concerns
Anybody experienced cortisol issues? I was in a traumatic event some months ago and it seems that since then, anytime I exhibit stress, my body reacts by gaining weight. My doc said this is most likely am overabundance of cortisol. Any good supplements or tips on this?

Terrible schedule, have ??s about meal plans
I work 12 hr graveyards as a cop. I try and workout before work and then sleep from about 7 am until 2 pm. I eat 4-6 meals that are healthy, but I'm concerned that eating throughout the night and sleeping through the day is hindering my weightloss goals. Advice??
