First of all, my deepest condolences on the loss of your daughter. I cannot even begin to fathom that kind of pain. You look amazing! I'm also 5'5" and have crossed the 40 lb loss mark. You are an inspiration! Be well...

I am surprised at how much I'm loving this program. Let me just say... I HATE running. You know that feeling you get when you are running? Everything hurts, aches, and burns at the same time, and you can't breathe? Well that's what I assume what it feels like when you're DYING. Like legit dying. Well today I finished week…

My sportsbra is getting so big that it doesn't support me anymore when I jog. That and I'm finally under 200!

I have the fitbit Zip and I love it! It goes in my pocket and tracks steps wonderfully. If I'm not wearing pants with pockets, I slip it on my bra and it tracks great as well. I'm not sure if the calories are exact, but I think it's close enough. It definitely motivates me to get to my target steps, and it syncs…

You look freaking awesome! Nicely done.

YES! Started Memorial Day at 225 and 3 months later I'm at 204. So that's 21 lbs in 3 months. Some weeks I would stay the exact same weight, down to the ounce, and then the next week 3 lbs would fall off. My advice - keep at it! You got this!

I disagree with OP that GMOs are safe. I have the right to know what is in the foods I eat. If the big processed food corps are so sure their GMO products are safe, then why don't they just label them as such and go on with their business. That way the consumer can make an educated decision on what to eat and feed their…

You are hottt!

YES, YES, YES!!! I'm just next door in Oregon, and wish we could get this on our ballot. I'll have my fingers crossed that this one actually wins. The chemical companies that just happen to make food are slowly poisoning us. Yes, I understand free will, but there is no doubt that they share some of the blame. I buy only…

I hear you. I've been at the same weight, plus or minus a couple pounds, for weeks now. Starting to get frustrated. Trying to focus on the big picture, and the fact that I fit into a skirt I haven't worn in a year yesterday. Hang in there, we'll get through it somehow...

Just finished dat 5 after taking 2 days off due to sore muscles. It's hard but I can feel myself getting stronger. The first day I couldn't do one push up and now I can do several. Best of luck!

Whoa! There's some motivation! Thanks. Day 2 in the books. I feel like jello.

I started today! Ouch it hurts! Hope to get results too. I think you've inspired me to take some pics for the before!

I'm 5'5" and my realistic goal weight is 150. Although I'd love to get lower, like 130. I don't know. Baby steps, as I'm 212 right now:(

That's it. I'm starting tomorrow. You look great!

I am using the fitbit zip and loving it. I'm almost 3 months in to this journey, and I'm pleased with the moderate success I've had so far. I'll be 35 in a few weeks (yikes!) and a mom to 14 month old twin boys. I'm new-ish to mfp and finding that it holds me accountable. Along with the fitbit, I'm holding myself…

Great story. And I LOVE your dress! Gorgeous.

I have 14 month old twins, not quite toddlers yet, but walked early and are in to everything! Not a full time stay at home mom, but I am a teacher and off on summer break for 2 more months. Add me too!

Love my 30s! Turning 35 in a few weeks!

Nice smile :)

Bwahaha! Love this. I've lost 10 dozen large eggs. Working towards that Irish Setter :)

So amazing, inspiring, and beautiful. Way to go, you've got me pumped! Congrats on all your hard work paying off.

I'm new here, but what is a NSV? Thanks! :)

I'm new-ish here as well. Been on MFP about 4 weeks now, but this is my first post. Started at 225 and am now down to 214. That's 11 lbs in 4 weeks! I've never lost weight before, so I'm pretty excited, lol. My goal is 150 but even that would put me in the overweight category, as I'm 5'5". Geez, when I think about it that…
