5'5 ladies....what's your healthy goal weight goals?

I'm 5'5 and 33 and want to get to 150 but would love to be 145 ish....how about all of you?

I'm 5'3" and want to get to 120 . I weight 110 now. That's my weight goal.0

Emily, 5'5" is a tricky height to gauge weight. Some folks are comfortable 115-120... personally, I can't imagine myself at that weight.
I'm 5'5" and seem to always be anywhere in between 140-150. I feel good at this weight : it's a healthy weight for me. Then again, I'm pretty muscular...0 -
My goal weight is 130. Before I gained weight I was always stuck at 140 so it may be difficult for me to lose 10lbs after I get that far. I guess I just want to push myself a little bit.0

I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 140ish... I've seen a lot of girls on here wanting to be at 120lbs but I don't think that would look good on my body.0

I am 5' 2" I am 71kilograms which I think is about 162lbs my goal is roughly between 125 - 130lbs or 50-60 kilograms0

I am 5'4.5. I am aiming for about 165. We'll see when I get there. I have a more firm Body fat goal (23%). I haven't been officially tested but all the online calculators put my lean body mass between 125-135, so that should be the right neighborhood.
Under 140 would be way to thin for me!0 -
I'm a fairly small-framed 5'4" and currently 118... 120 was my original goal but I found that even with strength training and running, I didn't look like I wanted. So I've just started losing again, but I don't have a goal in mind other than looking better. I won't go below 110, though, I don't think. I've got very narrow bone structure and all but I think lower than that wouldn't be healthy. It's just hard because my weight sits on me so badly compared to other girls of the same height, and lifting isn't helping like I hoped.0

5'4.5, I would like to get down to 130. 120 if that is safely allowable and does not make me look like a bobble head (kind of have a big frame)0

5'5" here and trying to get to 130, however, that might be a pipe dream. My first goal was 144, second goal is 135 (2 more pounds to go) and then I will work on getting to 130. The slimmest I have been in my adult life was 127 when I was 20 years old. I have a hard time telling what my frame size is since I have super skinny wrists but wide hips and a large chest. I actually am pretty happy at 137 right now but would like to look more toned and get rid of a bit more belly fat.0

I'm 5'4". I'm currently around 140-141lbs (give or take depending on the day).
Right now I'm aiming for 135, and I'll go from there if I want to lose more.0 -

I am *just* under 5'5". When I started, my goal weight was 60kg/132lbs, but when I got there I felt like I wasn't quite done yet, so adjusted my goal weight to 57kg/125lbs. I ended up going down to about 55kg/120lbs, which is where I'd like to stay -- I'm currently figuring out maintenance. Feels good for me0

Chicos size 00 or 05 which Is like a size 6 ( I think). I was thrilled to get to the size 8 and would be happy if I can just stay at the weight I am now.0 -
I'm 34 years old, 5'3" tall, and weigh 155 at the moment. My goal is 130. My starting weight was just about 220. A few summers ago I got down to 137 and was pretty happy there, but I lost that weight due to stress and quickly put it back on when I started being able to eat again.0

I am 27 years old and 5' 4.5". I would consider myself between small-medium frame. My goal is between 125-130. I will see how I feel and look and just adjust when I get there. I think under 125 would be too skinny for me. My lowest weight was 127 when I was 21 and I really liked how I looked and felt.

I am 5'5 and my goal weight is 145 pounds. I started out weighing 248 and wearing a size 20 and 9 months later I now weigh 154 and wear a size 10. I would like to lose 9 more pounds to reach my goal. I would like to be a size 8, but I am content wearing a 10. I feel great and I haven't been this size since my 20's.0

We have similar goals..!! My first goal is to reach 60kg, then I want to go down to 57 and finally, my ultimate goal weight is 55... It seems like a long way to go..!!
