Since Day 1, I have been coming to this thread, silently applauding all of you. Great work, by the way!! You all are AMAZING! I kept pushing and I told myself I'd post here once I got to Onderland (55lbs down...yikes!) Today, I did it! I'm so so happy and I want to share! The left is not my highest weight and the right is…

I am a beginner. I'm going to set my goal for 25 miles this month.

I am SO in! Anyone with a fitbit can add me (morrowcan@gmail.com) I need that extra push of seeing others getting their steps in so I can be motivated. I've been in a funk.

Men are welcome too! I just needed some women friends to relate with. I would love to help! Adding :)

I am so sad to hear about your struggle! Resting is truly the best way to heal, though. Even though you cannot be as active as you would like, it could be a good way to just focus more on food. I'm sure that with the time you are resting, you can discover some great and healthy recipes to try! You'll be back on your feet…

Awesome! Great job on meeting your goals!

My fitbit syncs really well with MFP. Just make sure you log on MFP only because it will sometimes double if you do it in both places.

Ah! I am soooo excited to work with all of you :) I can't wait to see everyone reach their goals and continue their healthy lifestyle!

Adding everyone! You all are so awesome :)

Thanks everyone! You've all made a lot of good points :) I'm going to focus on finding new activities to switch things up and try to put my commitment before my temptation to be lazy

I think I really needed to have this said to me. You're definitely right. I'm being unreasonable for wanting to always be excited. I'm glad I pushed myself tonight to go to the gym anyway :) Thank you for the advice!
