22. I grew up in a family that shunned alcohol, so it took a while for me to feel comfortable enough to drink. I actually felt guilty for a while because I was having to hide it behind my parents' backs. But I'm over it now.

I have the same problem. If I try to lose 2 lbs a week that puts me under my BMR. Wish I had a solution for you.

I used to love whole milk! So delicious! But I knew it wasn't the healthiest. Skim milk is indeed sad, but also it generally has more sugar in it than 2% milk. So I settled on 2%. I love milk!
