Armour Thyroid, Synthroid, and Other Meds for Hypothyroidism
I take 30mg of Armour Thyroid and my endocrinologist told me to take it in the morning and don't eat anything with calcium in it for 40-60 minutes because (as he explained) the medicine binds with the calcium in the stomach and nullifies the effect the medicine is suppose to have. How do you log Push ups?
I'm new at this. If I do 5 sets of 10 push ups, I know how to log that part, but what do you put under weight? Is it your body weight?
