I'm new at this. If I do 5 sets of 10 push ups, I know how to log that part, but what do you put under weight? Is it your body weight?

You are not pressing your weight since a portion is supported by your toes or knees. This article gives an idea of how to calculate.

Article says with just the support at your toes you are 50-80% of bodyweight.0 -
