Have you measured yourself lately? A friend once told me when you're not seeing progress on the scale, you should measure yourself because the progress might show up in that way. Ugh, Readjusting to a new routine can really mess things up. But maintaining through all that -- that's really good!!

I still have a bad sweet tooth and poor will power even at the store, but most of the time I'm able to stay under my limit or walk a lot to add calories. All this to say, I've got pop tarts in my pantry for sure. I don't have it every day, but they're there.

Those foods don't have a good potassium to calorie ratio. I'd love something that's really high in potassium and low in calories. Probably not because I wasn't taking the medicine at the time, but I don't know for sure. My doctor has a way where I can look at the results online, but I can't seem to log into it.

Yeah, I am. I've started taking it again. It's just really annoying to have to disrupt my sleep to take it because I'm already not sleeping well. My bottle says 30mg and he said to take it once daily in the morning.

For my grandfather's memorial service there were a couple of speakers that talked about his contribution to the world and the great things about him. Then afterwards we had a family dinner. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I would keep doing what you're doing for another 4-5 weeks and if you still don't see a weight loss, then maybe try the intermittent fasting (although I don't think it's necessary at all to fast to lose weight). Be sure you're measuring your food with a food scale. Accuracy is the key. CICO is all that matters for now.

I don't do any weight lifting and don't know much about going to the gym. I'm way over weight and struggle with staying under my cal limit, but I can tell you what most people on here will say: You can't spot reduce.

Ten bananas a day EVERYDAY is excessive and I would sooner believe The University of Maryland Medical Center than you.
