I started with 18:6. as I never really liked eating before 11 am. Currently, I am loving 20:4.

This one tastes decent and has no aftertaste. It isn't exactly a decadent peanut butter/ chocolate experience, but it does the job. I can't vouch for the almond-based ones, as almonds don't agree with me.

Try going to the MFP app and swipe to the right where it has ... at the bottom. Choose "steps" and then "Garmin Connect". I think once you check GC, the two apps will share the step info.

Ditto...mine is usually mid- to low forties resting, as a result of exercise and the freakish family gene for low HR. Question...does this also affect how high you need to keep it when working out?
