Greetings, I am Can. I started my journey at 315, and currently weigh 285. I need to tone up. My goal is to be healthy and fit. I'm trying not to get too caught up on numbers and just feel better. I'm not regularly exercising, but want to learn some simple 10 minutes routines I can do at home.

I really want to hit 200# this year. To do that, I'll have to lose 1 1/2# or 2# every week for the rest of the year. I'm going to give it my best effort. Hopefully, I keep following my trend of losing more in summer.
