Weekly weight was 336.1. Down 10 pounds from last week. I hope I can maintain the loss this has been a crazy week and I haven't been eating as much as usual.

No you are not. When you're overweight you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. If it isn't someone else judging you it's yourself. I am sorry about your brother. That is a tough one. You can do this though.
