Simply nature organic shells & white cheddar

Super sad! How the heck are you supposed to properly measure after its all cooked then? Pasta confuses me
-
Cooked. It can get iffy when you add butter and milk but I didn't add anything extra besides a splash of coconut milk.
-
I mean I used to get rolls that had cream cheese and spicy mayo in them and I'm pretty sure that's not low calorie lol
-
Trolls probably. I had one of my posts marked as spam for some reason once.
-
Thanks everyone, and congrats and good luck to you all as well!
-
Yep I'll add you!
-
If I'm home I do an egg white omelette with some vegetables and turkey bacon.
-
Mini 100 calorie whole wheat bagel (obvi not gluten free) with light cream cheese, 100 calorie pack cashews, and 2 clementines. Sometimes a 50 calorie tube of Greek yogurt. Just easy stuff I can keep at work.

Coffee frap light. A tall has 90 calories
-
Lol to change it up a bit and they're delicious
-
2 pounds per week
-
Lol just saw the "I want to move away from nuts" part. I'd say cheese then or hummus.
-
100 calorie pack cashews. Dill pickle flavor is the best! Only 5 carbs.
-
I eat most of my calories for breakfast and lunch/snack. Then when I get home I just have a light 200ish calorie dinner. I found that works best for me otherwise I binge at night.
-
Water retention. Common when you first start working out.

Yes. I have a 12 month old. I'm 5'3 158 pounds. Got up to almost 200 when I was pregnant. I'm 8 pounds away from my pre pregnancy weight. Need to lose 15 more after that to get to my "realistic" goal weight. Feel free to add me!
-
I agree! Definitely a lot easier when I'm honestly and consistently logging. It's almost fail proof.
-
Thanks guys. I guess I just have to find a good balance. But last night they wanted to go out for tacos and all I was thinking was bottomless chips and margaritas. Sigh.
-
How is that highly unrealistic? That's 3 weeks away and she could lose 2 pounds per week.
-
Yes! I gained about 60 pounds when I was pregnant and I'm also 5'3. I feel like when I see people who haven't seen me since before I got pregnant they're thinking "wow she got fat!" I actually avoid those people if I can until I get back to my normal weight. I'm 30 pounds away from that.
-
What's your Instagram name?
-
Good explanation ^^^. I never eat mine back though so I can lose more weight faster.
-
If you're ever feeling motivated to make your own :)

Cauliflower crust pizza!

Yea I planned to eat a small piece of cake so I tried to eat less earlier in the day. But my stepmom made the cake so I have no idea the calorie content. It tastes sugary and delicious so I'm positive it put me over lol. I just had one slice and a small scoop of ice cream. Nothing too crazy I suppose.
-
Well yea just sounded silly saying "I cheated on my lifestyle change" lol. But that is a good way of looking at it. Thanks! I can't help but feel guilty and think that just 1 piece of cake will set me back. But I suppose that's not very realistic.

Lol
-
@hthr1969 wow that's amazing!

Even at 120 pounds I had fat arms. For me I think it's a genetic thing (if that's possible). All the ladies in my family have bingo wings.
