I am so glad you regained your sobriety. My heart sank when I read about your relapse but was overjoyed when I saw its been 18 months. .

Is there a chance that these recent urges to binge are stemming from something psychological instead of food restriction? I am sincerely wishing you all the best. My heart goes out to you. I know this is physically and emotionally challenging.
-
Have you considered seeing a therapist. Did you ever binge in the past? Sometimes losing lots of weight can mess with hunger hormones.
-
Are you taking vyvanse?

I understand. I am sending positive thoughts your way. It all starts in the mind. Sometimes our minds don't want to cooperate. I have been there. But I try to get back on track at the first sign of weight gain. Easier to lose 2 pounds regained than 20.
-
Sometimes it's really hard to get back on track but don't give up!
-
Congratulations and good luck!

I also eat the bulk of my carbs and calories around 10 pm and go to bed. No impact on weight.

I agree regarding troll. I especially don't believe the part about bringing in so much business the firm can't handle the influx. Sounds like a load of stuff to me.
-
Very true for some people. I have read so many posts where this happened. But the lucky ones can get right back on. The most days I've had off track was 3 and then I got back on, but it is really hard.

I think looking at the clothes could have been a trigger. Try to learn what triggers you. The scale can be a trigger for me sometimes even though I totally understand daily fluctuations. So I decided to cut back on weighing daily.
-
Totally agree.
-
Lol. True.

I lost over 85 pounds without a plateau. I stopped losing when my weight dropped to bottom of healthy BMI.

What does EC stand for?
-
I have a horrible sweet tooth also.
-
Yeah my web version was acting up

I also look at my maintenance on a monthly basis. I over indulged Friday and Saturday. Eating at a deficit today. I'm actually looking forward to my veggies and lean meats after two days of debauchery.
-
That's pretty amazing. Sadly I can easily hit 6500. I'm 5'1.9" and have a very low weight.
-
I'm cracking up over these 2 posts. I also agree that 4700 is pretty easy for me sadly.

I hope I'm not out of line by saying you may need to consider allowing your adult children to stand on their own. If your son messes up his credit, let him take responsibility. If your daughter has the nerve to live under your roof and disrespect you, kindly suggest she take up residence elsewhere. We may not be able to…

Yeah I love what people would refer to as "junk food". Sure not junk to me. I could eat cookies and candy for breakfast lunch and dinner. Sad! :'(
-
Lol
-
Me too. I used to eat 6 at a time.

It's definitely different for each female. Sometimes, the bloating can last up until a few days after menses ends. If you are confident in your eating, the numbers will drop back down.
-
I'm the same. I eat between 2-3 pm. If I ate earlier, it would be much harder to stay within my calories. I started in October. So glad I did. Enjoy bigger meals.
-
You aren't considering 1450 calories a binge day, right? I just want to make sure I am following. When you refer to binging every 2 days, you are eating more than 1450 calories?
-
Hopefully, you have bounced back from your splurge. Don't be too hard on yourself. I've eaten so much more than this in a day.
-
Good luck!

Congratulations on your loss. You should be proud that you caught yourself before you gained more. Good luck!
