My streak
I know it doesn't matter, but I enjoyed tracking my streak. I missed a few days due to living in Houston, TX. Enough said, I'm sure that explains everything. Needless to say logging in to MFP was not a priority this past week or so. Is there any way to reset my streak or do I just move on? :'(

Eat more and lose weight
I've been maintaining my weight for a while on purpose. I decided to up my calories slowly 2 weeks ago, and now I'm losing. Anyone else experience this? My activity level has not changed. I'm not concerned. Just curious.

The calendar view on the food diary

Miracle Noodles- Shirataki noodles
Has anyone ever heard of these noodles? I purchased some from Amazon and will use them today to volumize my beef chow mein. They have no carbs, calories, nor sodium. They are made from some type of natural fiber called glucomannan. They are gluten free and vegan.

Rutabaga
I've been trying new veggies so that I don't get bored. I roasted rutabaga yesterday. It was really good. I plan to swap them out for white potatoes and make a "fake" potato salad using rutabaga. I can't wait!
