  • I'm also new to running but I'm going for a half marathon by December. Im using the run trainer app to go from couch to half marathon and so far it's been good. I looked through the whole plan and it seems like it will work well.
  • I too just had my 3rd and final (made sure it was final) baby in Nov and trying to lose 45 lbs to get back to pre-baby weight.
