I agree. I do it some days and others I'm hungry and eat like Sunny said. Keeping insulin down for any extended period of time is beneficial is the way I view it.

I do this as well. 6 or 7 pm until about noon the next day. I hope there's some benefit.

How about supplements everyone??? I take a multi but should I change that? My calcium and iron looks low from logging anyway. What do you all take?

I agree! Earlier I watched a video about the supporting reasons saturated fat and other fats actually help the heart. Someone kindly posted In this thread. It really put my thoughts to ease. It was over an hour long but seeing the studies from reputable colleges was well worth piece of mind. :)

Oh I didn't know you could test your ketones, neat!. As long as you are under your calorie range with fat intake you will still lose correct?

It's amazing to think this way. It's just so not in traditional thought is why it seems alien to me. I'm glad there's supporting evidence. . Have you been losing the whole time?? I'm still in the foggy portion of ketosis. Day 4 but can recall in the past it getting better.

Interesting, it sure is hard for me to achieve 100 ish grams a day and stay at a good calorie range. Mostly Im full yay!

Wow, this is 100% what I needed to watch. I feel more assured. Factual information. Thank you SO much for sharing this with me. So the last doubt of mine might be high protein. Hopefully eating 70-100 g daily is ok long term on organs etc. I'm a happy camper with the fat intake studies though!

Great. I'm lean and toned in my lower portion. I've had a child and my family carries weight in stomach. Looking to rid excess. It's going wonderful so far. Ive seen huge changes recently. I will get there. No luck needed. Play on words.

That's what I thought. So then its good to work the muscle groups for the sole purpose of strengthening and burning cals and cross your fingers for good genetics and luck.

That's what I've been doing for years myself. Was wondering about a yummy brand/flavor. I'm so busy.It would be nice a few times a week to just whip that up instead of eating.
