I think it depends on what you're putting in them. I have one every day for lunch, 2 cups of kale or spinach, baby carrots and a half cup of blueberries or strawberries. By doing that and not having fast food with coworkers, an easy 10 pounds fell right off. If you're putting in a ton of fruit or adding sugar, then no.
