Yesterday was a 3 mile advanced walk. Mile 2 was with my resistance band for upper body. I was feeling it today. Grateful that today's walk was a 15 minute mile lol.

Okay, I'll bite. I've done both. I get 23 dailies on Freestyle, but I would also cross-track using MFP. Some days I'd be at 23 Smart Points and would have only eaten 900 or so calories. Other days 23 Smart Points, plus zero point food intake, would add up to close to 2,000 calories, which puts me really close to…

I have a basic membership, which kind of stinks, because my home location doesn't have the cool plyo center or stairmills, whilst every other one in my area does. I ended up investing in a cheap incline bench and some dumbbells up to 20lbs and work out at home.

I love the non-dairy Halo Top.

I worked a trade show all day lol

It depends on your goals. If the goal is to get in some good protein without a ton of calories and feel satiated, then my pick is Quest. I love the flavor. If you have more targeted macros, you'll want to visit a nutritional supplement shop and ask a knowledgeable staff member. They can usually make some good suggestions.

Did today's Your Daily Walk (Walk 15 Classic Mile with Nadyia) before work, did another 15 minute mile after work. I try and squeeze it in where I can.

I'm in. Starting weight as of 1-1-19: 173.3lbs Current weight: 170.8 Goal for 2-14-19: 163lbs

I am so sorry to hear about your illness. I have a friend who he and his wife contacted staph at an LA Fitness they used to go to. I am slowly building a collection of freeweights, because I intend to work out at home (and already do 80% of the time).

I don't care for watery coffee, so I'll reserve calories for my coffee half & half.

No pics, but I portioned out 1oz baggies of cocktail nuts, 1 serving (6pcs) Haribo gummy frogs, washed up some strawberries, and bought tuna pouches.

I'm in. I was sober from August until December. Since then I've had maybe 5 glasses of wine. I'm totally down for a dry January.

Hi, everyone! I looked up the Walk at Home videos out of desperation. We've had so much rain. Here are my goals for January: 10,000 steps daily Your Daily Walk every day (I have the app) Get back into the 160s. I'm 15lbs heavier than I was this time last year.

10lbs in 11 days, here. I'm not doing anything drastic. Just getting back into my gym routine and tightening up my tracking.
-
I tried too many different "diets" that promised I didn't need to track calories. They weren't sustainable and I fell off the wagon. A cheat day turned into a cheat weekend, then after a cheat week I was like eff it. I'm back on track now.

Next week they'll say cold cuts cure cancer and milk causes it. Just eat what you like and stay in your calorie deficit. Only caveat with deli meats, as has already been mentioned, they are high in sodium which can cause a temporary water retention.
-
I didn't track dilligently. I wish I had. I am going to wait until my weigh-in day, which is Friday. I'm expecting a gain, but I'm going to try and keep it in perspective. Thanks for posting this. Happy New Year, everyone!

I occasionally use itrackbites out of curiosity. Today, by noon, I'd eaten 35 points (my daily points are 23), but only 827 calories.

10 minutes briskly walking on the treadmill. 4 sets of 10 reps each of the following exercises: Bench press Lat pull down Bicep curls Shoulder press Crunches I normally do more than that, but I'm still really sore from a Buti Yoga class I took a few days ago.

I'm a big fan of tempeh.

I track my time spent strength training, but I don't eat my exercise calories back on days I do.

Tofu, quinoa, chickpeas, eggs if you aren't totally plant based, hummus.

Green bean casserole with lots of fried onions.

No. I smoked 2 packs a day and was morbidly obese. Smoking kills. It makes exercising difficult. I would not be able to exercise like I do now had I not quit.

I don't like pasta as a flavor, but I like the idea of pasta as a vehicle of sorts for things like sauces and curries. So not eating wheat pasta isn't an issue for me, but I love things like butternut squash or zucchini noodles. A lot of stores sell them pre-spiralized, but a spiralizer is a handy kitchen tool.

Points Plus helped me lose the first 50lbs, and for that I'll forever be grateful to WW. With that said, Freestyle is a disaster for people who are trying to maintain or just need to lose about 5lbs. There's no way to enjoy small portions of certain foods, like pasta or quinoa, without burning up a ton of points, so you…

Save your money. Slim Fast is just a chalky, gross tasting, overpriced laxative.
